Does anyone think it's likely that after an account accumulates a certain amount of NP, that it's watched a little more closely?

If I legit refresh magic around once per second, how long will it take me to even see a mp in stock? I swear that they never restock (or they are ABed in a split second after they stock).

for most MP's, you have to get lucky once to refresh right after they restocked to even see em, then hope you're the fastest internet connection+buy settings to get it.
kinda a combination of internet speed, luck, and settings i guess.
