Well, you really need to be persistent when trying to get your account back, unless you actually did do something naughty to get it frozen.

I suggest you don't overdo it with the cheating, because in my opinion it just kinda kills the point to play a game in the first place. But meh, do whatever you want if you don't feel the same way.

It was some time ago that I got frozen, and even with a lot of persistence I couldn't get more than a form letter. I've pretty much declared that account lost by now and have spent the time since sour-grapes-ing about Neopets in general and trying out other websites. Turns out I really do like Neo too much to stay away, but I'm much more interested in watching cheating programs do their thing than trying to rebuild the old-fashioned way!

But I know my limits; I'm trying to make the game more fun, not less.
