I run 2.1.1 on my site, and I like the features that come standard with it. (I also believe that it uses AJAX, which is a good leap forward)

Really, an stealing their royalties will allow this to go on, how? It is ruining the economy in retro-spect. Programs were brought into the image, and they have extremly strict TOS and Agreement; you are not allowed by any means to distribute licensed copies of a program to anyone but your self. Legally you are allowed on instance of a backup, though you may not use your fathers copy of Visual Basic if it only has once license!


I agree that it is breaking the law, but can the creator be held responsible for it? That's the real thing I want to address.


And, really, is it "stealing"? I don't think they're actually losing money because of this, since most people downloading their applications from P2P networks refuse to buy them anyway.
