So, beforehand, sorry if these are stupid questions or are in the wrong place. I'm currently trying to figure out how to create a side to AB or SS on, and I'm a bit confused about proxy usage. I'm brand new to this whole proxying business and I barely even know what end is up.

First off, I found a proxy for FoxyProxy that is labeled as fully anonymous, but when I check it on one of the anonymity sites it says that it can still see my IP and that it knew I was using a proxy, with the IP being something like "be-free" or some other two weird words instead of a real IP. Is this safe to use without Neopets knowing I'm under a proxy/knowing my IP

Second, I tried to make a Neopets account while using this proxy but it wouldn't let me, so I ended up just turning it off and making the account with entirely different email, gender, birthday, everything. If I turned the proxy back on would the accounts not be connected, such as if the side got frozen the main wouldn't be even though it was supposed to be a chain freeze? Or do I have to find a proxy that will let me make an account/find some other way to make an account under proxy and use that account?

Also, although slightly off-topic, is there any way to discreetly transfer at least some items/np without involving a third party?
