Neither Greater Healing Scroll nor Helm of Recovery overheal and since the scroll is priced at 70k, that's the better option. They're worded differently on idb but that's just cause the site is in desperate need of some house cleaning (it's missing some key information like the Tonu's 30% dark resistance, and a bit portion of the community is incapable of simple math).

Also, your pet is classified as league 8 which means your stats are a bit sub par (you will be up against these common League 8 builds are 176/85/125 or 113/125/200 or 223/55/85). Any way to fix this in time?

The scroll and the helm. both do the exact same thing. The Scroll is priced at around 70k, the helm is at 55k. The scroll is obtainable from the wheel of knowledge, but ever since they made that wheel once per day, it's been a lot harder to get GHS from there now. Hence, the r95 Helm of Recovery is cheaper than the r99 GHS.

Randomly Firing Freeze Ray = 180k
Vial of Fragrant Oil = 40k
Flaming Blooble Potion = 40k

Golden Compass - Currently Have
Scarab Ring = 5k (I'm serious, these things are great on budget)

This should provide you with more than 150k leftover. Save up that 150k and build on it for Ylana's Blaster or Brynn's Sword of Wrath Smiting

1) Economy. Neopets has one of the best economies out of many many mmorpg's. That's because there's such a good cash sink with people buying stuff in general for many various activities (i.e. Scratchcard, Hidden Tower, etc.) and TNT is good at freezing accounts with millions of neopoints. The fact that TNT has frozen so many accounts which results in MILLIONS AND MILLIONS of neopoints thrown out of the game is amazing and the fact that they have been able to sort of keep up with the standard in freezing people for illegit game playing, i have to congratulate them. Those who play/cheat too aggressively, well they knew the risk. Also, if you've noticed the trend, inflation in neopets has not gone up by much in the last 5-7 years which I find to be extremely astonishing. In fact, from what i've noticed, many of the items that we consider essential have gone down in price (food, codestones, maps, paintbrushes, etc).

2) Does not have to occupy a lot of your time to play the game. Most of the time, people just do their dailies and pop into neopets page once in awhile.

4) One of the best Battle Systems in any mmorpg imo. Just because of the huge variety of abilities, types of icons/attacks, and enormous database of weapons.

5) Massive Player Database where you just can't find anywhere else.

7) Again, one of the best awards/collectors system in any mmorpg. Ranging from trying to complete an awesome gallery, obtaining shiny trophies, getting those robust avatars, etc.

8) Neopoints. We all love neopoints. The more we have, the better we feel.

11) Friendly community (most of the time)

12) Always events/plot/games to engage any player (Lenny Conundrum / Faerie Plot right now / Battledome/Neoquest........)

13) Methods of making Neopoints, whether it'd be restocking, trading post, auctioning. We even have our own Stock Market. What other game has their own unique Stock Market???

As you can see from those 13 points, this is why there are so many people who still play neopets.
