It's alright, I wouldn't want to presume. My friend's cousin is a psychologist, and she just came back to the country for xmas with her. I'm planning to consult her about it, but thank you very much for the offer anyway. +D

I forgot to mention that I am pr4ys fiance. :)

Hey, I'm sorry to hear that your always tired all the time that really does suck. It has happened to be before so I know the feeling. No matter what you do you just have NO energy.

What patopon say about chronic fatigue syndrome, that is possible, along with what pr4y said about depression. First, your internal clock is at strange hours. All of us have internal clocks that tell us when to go to bed and when to wake up. Our body temperature lowers when its time to go to bed and rises when its time to wake up.I do understand why you have this sleep schedule though. How long have you had this sleep schedule? It takes conditioning to get our internal clocks to change, but once they are at "normal" hours it helps us feel more energetic during the day. What helps me a lot is when I first wake up I FORCE myself to workout even for 5 minutes to help get going for the day. Even just stretching helps.

It is possible you are depressed. The human brain is amazing. Our unconcious mind is doing so many things at once that we are not even aware about. You should start writing down anything that you are happy about and make another list of any issues that could be bothering you. Make sure you include things at this point in your life and even things from your past or your future. Write this list over the course of a week and anytime you think of something else write it down. This way you get a good overview of what your really thinking. At the end of the week analyze the list, it may surprise you. Then you can deal with the issues one on one and start feeling better about certain things that you may of not known where bothering you.

I won't list all the signs and symptoms of depression, chronic fatigue syndrome and certain medical conditions right now ( if you are interested just let me know). Are you are having any headaches, have been forgetful, lymph noid tenderness in the neck or arm pits, muscle aches/weakness, joint pain, or having a difficult time concentrating? Also what type of climate do you live in? If these are new symptoms that you haven't experienced before and its now winter time (if you have snow and its cold) that could be another condition.

The amount of sleep really depends upon the person. I know if I get 6 hours of sleep I don't feel too great...but if I get 9 hours of sleep I'm good. Getting over 9 hours of sleep is just as bad as not getting enough sleep. It is important to have at least snacks in between meals to help fuel your body.

Definitely whole milk. I don't want 2% or 1% of what it should be. My favorite mix would be chocolate milk when I'm in the mood for it, can't beat that. :)
