How do I cancel Advanced Membership?

I've been paying for this thing for over a year now apparently.  I tried to cancel it waaaay back in the day, but the only thing I can see is when I go to purchases, that it is "expired."  I have the option to reactivate it, nothing else.

 

I've searched high and low for a cancel option, went back to the store and read about the product, can't seem to find it anywhere.

 

Apparently I've still been paying for this every month.  Went to the purchases and again, it STILL says expired, though this time it says it expired yesterday.  But it just took a payment out.  So how on earth do I cancel this thing?

 

Not going to lie, I'm a little bit miffed off about this.  But it's partly my own fault so whatever.  I opened a support thing over there, but was hoping someone would know how to do it.
