Rules:

I do this because I want to give back to the Codex Community. I am under no obligation to lend you, so I reserve the right to deny a lend without explanation, even if you meet the requirements outlined.

There are two ways I will go about this:

#1 - I will ask you to vacate the account for a small window of time. You should change your password to a random number/letter combination. From there, I will log onto the account, change the password to another random letter/number combination, send the ZDAP over, give you the avatar, move the ZDAP back to its holding account, and change the password back to the original random letter/word. I will go through no other course of action. I recommend that you PIN and move any valuables from the account. I will not be responsible for lost items/neopoints, although I have no interest in stealing. If you would like to get the avatar by this step, I will need a proxy from your location, or any location for that matter. Not only am i concerned with your account being frozen, but mine would inadvertently be exposed to that threat as well.

#2 - I will lend you in a similar fashion to the "legit" Neopets Avatar Lending way. There are two qualifications - You must meet at least one.

Qualifications:

1. You must provide the equivalent or higher value than 4.5 million neopoints as collateral, in exchange for the lend. These must be ETS (easy-to-sell) items and will be agreed on before the transfer is made.
2. You must be a Retired Member, have a high trader score, or a high rep number. These are opinionated by me, and going back to the first rule I listed -

I am under no obligation to lend you, so I reserve the right to deny a lend without explanation, even if you meet the requirements outlined."

Other than that. I will require no fee of any kind. +Rep is appreciated, as well as donations, but by no means should you feel obligated to give either. I will also expect that I may use your given codex name to start a list of successful lends. You may rest assured that your Neopets username or any other information will not be disclosed. I am by no means someone who looks to get people frozen. Expect confidentiality.

Because my rules are tightly scripted, I will not be held responsible for any loss of items/neopoints/accounts/anything. In return, I shall hold no one responsible for the loss of my Zafara Double Agent Plushie, unless it is evident that it is scammed. From there, the only course of action I would take would be to notify the Codex staff and do a thorough investigation into the matter. I will not be in contact with The Neopets team, or anyone working for Neopets/Viacom for any disciplinary actions.

I apologize if I come off as strict but when I deal with items like ZDAP, i would like to keep them for as long as possible. Thank you.

Lol, speaking of penis size, me and my friends got drunk one night, and one of them went running naked through the woods. When we sobered up in the morning and had to go find him, he dropped from a tree, and ran away, but one of the guys got a pic of him in an almost perfect running man pose. We then photoshopped a bit, so it was just him with no background, and pixel-blurred his straight leg and made a duplicate, so it kinda looked like he had a 3 foot dick. It was hysterical, and we put it on t-shirts and started giving them out. The school kinda got pissed though, so now our running man shirts are no more.

And to end the story of my crazed naked friend, yes he was on drugs at the time, he was the only one dumb enough to do so. We eventually trapped him and used a net to take him down. Kinda funny, cause we spent like four hours, used three different blueprint methods, and it basically summed up to a US army scale mission. we started out with ten people plus him, ended up calling the entire football team, and scattered others. I believe the way we trapped him was by luring him in by dressing 3 cross country runners up as steak, a potato, and corn on the cob, and having them run into the trap. Yes, my friend was quite in fact fucked up pretty bad.

Im just going to throw my two cents in to this conversation. I honestly believe that war is being fought too politically today. In the case of the US war on terror, if the situation was real, they should have just used an atomic bomb and level the place. Or carpet bomb the major centers in which terrorists reside. I may sound incredibly callous, but American Soldiers are dying. Whatever the reason, the approach im offering should have been the one taken. In war, the rule book goes out the window. There is us, and them. You cannot win a war by being politically correct. Civilians will die, but look at the world trade center. It is part of war. You cannot fight war while the other side is making their tactics based on no law. You must stoop down to their level, or else you lose. From a personal preference, i prefer to live with that guilt than to die with honor. Because whether you died in honor or in shame, you are still dead.

just making sure: this is about the advertisement of neopets stuff, but not neopets as a whole. Like for instance, if i wished to say something about the Daily Dare or finally getting a game avvie legit, would that be allowed

i think codex needs its own scoresender. We also need a game database with ids, revview limit, mod, average time, etc, so that its all linked together.

I got bored. Like REALLY bored. So I started looking at stocks. and one stock I have purchased and sold in the past was HIG. HIG is Hartford Financial Service Group Inc. dubbed The Hartford. I previously invested in HIG when it dropped to 3.96 a share, very low, as the stock previously sold for 40+ So i bought 3000 shares, costing me roughly 12k. My college/birthday/savings. It paid off. The stock turned, went to 30 a share ( i sold at 25) and i made 63k roughly. Nice huh. Well, I didnt make this board to brag.

See, I got bored and started browsing some back history on the stock. I learned that HIG just hired someone named Liam E. McGee as CEO. I did a little research, found out he was the former President of Small Business and Consumer departments at Bank of America (which will now be referred to as BAC). This struck me as a little fishy, but i didnt act upon it. Instead, I looked at HIG, seeing it being ethical and such, seeing it rated highly by most stock trading sites, either as a hold or buy stock. (which means it is on an upswing). So i started putting around and i saw something that caught my eye. I went to forbes.com and saw that Liam E. McGee is making 375k a year! Kinda odd to be a CEO of a major insurance company, a company paying some DIRECTORS in excess of 6 million.

So, i went back to Bank of America. It turns out that in 2009, Wikileaks apparently had some dirt on BAC. BAC went frantic, and ended up attacking Wikileaks by attempting to hack them, as well as partner with Paypal and other companies in contact with the owner of wikileaks to attempt to freeze their money, which would stop the ability to post the info. I then started looking at some high ranking employees of BAC. The current Pres. of Consumer and Small Buisness departments is currently making 6.51 mil. In addition, many of them have increased income based on what forbes and many other sites label as "Other Compensation". Also, Liam E. McGee left BAC a few months after he wikileaks report, to go to a different company and make 1/20 the amount he made before.

This prompts to think that he knew something was wrong. In addition. over the last 4 months, BAC has been investigated for breach in fiduciary duties by directors and officers. They also were found to have lied about their multitudes of debt, and falsely inflating their own stock to 19.48 per share. Now can someone please understand why i think bank of america is so fucking dumb? If a fucking 18 year old on his laptop can go on public websites, and find evidence that BAC is fraud, why the fuck arent the people dumping money into this stock doing the same. I did this in around 3 hours. Ironically, NASDAQ is still rating BAC as a strong buy. Now i know why the fucking market crashed in 08'. yea, the banks might have given stupid loans and shit, but if all this fucking info is out there, the people on the other end of the bonds being shorted were so dumb they shouldn't have been able to handle the money in the first place. I'm still at a loss here. Someone please correct me if im wrong.

Serious things that actually happened to me: I experience this every school day from 908-1002 because my philosophy teacher is a feminist and the fact that its philosophy gives her the right to say w/e the fuck she wants. and im not to huge on this so i tend to make wise cracks to defend the male potion of the class. First off, she starts the very first class asking the male SIDE (yes she seperated us from the girls, and yes i was pissed) why we always drive cars and women go in the passenger seat. i immediatly replied that man wants control so he wishes to control the car, and it is also kindness. She then went on to say that my answer was wrong and all men are pigs who believe women cant drive. I replied that alot of women dont like to drive, so it wouldnt make sense anyways and she stated that i should keep quiet, because there are smarter people out there than me, and most of them were women. I went on to state they mey be smarter, but i can drive better.

Next, about a third into the year, i had a big sandwich for my next class, culinary arts (idk, dont ask, easy elective). i Brought it to Philosophy, put it aside so it wouldn't cause a distraction (i mean BIG sandwich). My teacher then told me to give her the sandwich, that she was confiscating it. It was too easy to let go, so i then asked if this was some sort of revenge for all the sandwiches shes made over the last few years. I had a week of detention and an F on my culinary project.

A couple weeks later, she was bitchin to me in class, so when one of her lightbulbs went out, she couldnt replace it herself so she called in a custodian. While he was fixing it, i stated that it was typical of her to have someone else fix the light bulb, because feminist cant change anything. The custodian laughed, she yelled at him to get out, tried to fix the bulb and failed, and we sat in a half lit room. Another 3 days detention.

My most recent one was about a week ago, when i asked her the time, and she looked down and realized she wasn't wearing a watch, she replied that she didnt know, and started to go back to her work when i asked why she wasnt wearing a watch. She said that she forgot, and then i said that she was prolly just used to looking at the stove. She yelled at me to keep it down, that i was in big trouble, and i turned around and said "Is that what you say to your girlfriend in the bedroom" 2 weeks, detention, 500 sentances a day on the whiteboard all the same "Women are better then man in every way"

All true. I dislike her with a passion. You guys inspired me for my next one, explaining why there as so many divorces, and the reason is feminists

I was being the fucking mature one to stop an arguement from continuing, and you turn around a snipe a little shot in, as if to prove that somehow you are a better person because you can be a bigger asshole. Onlyme - Hat is pretty cool, but having a talking hat tell me "Ravenclaw, you were sorted into RAVENCLAW, go sit with your classmates NOW" while im making breakfast would kind piss me off after a while. And the sword would be a nice collectors item, like i could hang it over a fireplace or something, but unless im destroying horocruxes, the only thing the sword would do is attract a shit load of Goblins to my front door, asking me for their weapon back. But overall i guess tht would be pretty fun
