But yeah, I've gotten iced for score sending. Basically, if you're score sending for trophies, don't send using unrealistic times, and don't send a trophy-worthy score for a game you have never played before (because they look at your game history whenever they review a score). If you're score sending for NPs and you're using a list, make sure to modify the list every once in a while (remove some games from the list, add some, modify scores and times, etc.,).

As long as your scores are below the review score AND in the correct format, I don't see how you'd end up on the kid's list. Eg. Our DD Scores were pretty damn legit :P As iamlost said, don't go for the trophies.
