This has been going on for almost a week now.. If I try to buy something from a shop on Neopets, any shop that you can haggle in, I get the message "Due to massive demand on the Neopian Shops, you can only try and purchase one item every five seconds." Only I haven't bought anything for a week now because of this, so I definitely shouldn't be getting this message. I submitted a help request ticket on Neopets when this started happening, but I have yet to get a response. Anyone have any idea what's going on? Thanks!
