I'm gonna have to suggest a keto diet (lifestyle, really). It's similar to paleo, as in, don't eat anything our hunter-gatherer ancestors wouldn't eat. The gist of it is to cut out carbs (not exceeding 20g A DAY), up your fat intake to about ~60% of your daily intake, and eat enough protein to sustain your lean muscle mass. It can be targeted or cyclical, in which you carboload before huge workouts (but not necessary). This puts your body in a state of ketosis, forcing it to burn fat for energy. If you're a redditor, there's an r/keto. Otherwise here's some resources:

In Topic: ABing on Young Accounts

I spun up a shell a month ago to try ABing on a brand new account (started ABing at <1 week). To be on the safe side I used lists that excluded items above ~103-105k so they can all be priced at 99k in my shop, and I AB a lot of things with a very low profit margin as well. ABing in primarily spooky foods with those settings I got 1 mil in a couple of weeks, then dropped back to ABing in fresh foods (and adding bag of peanuts to the list). It's pretty safe.
ABing in fresh foods makes for VERY SLOW profit when you're not looking for high ticket items, but I wasn't in any hurry, and given how much trouble I'm having finding proxies (I'm stealing someone else's wifi for my shell :D) I didn't want to risk getting IP banned.

Only 1.5 mil over a month, but I'm not an advanced member and use "safe" lists in the easy shops, which does not equate to fast profit.

Actually it's still identifiable as a wall - just a concrete one rather than a brick one like in the original...
