I can only 25ish per set, maybe more if I push my self.......I cant really do the ones that our gym teacher has us do. we go down til our arms are bent 90 degrees, hold it for a few seconds then go back up. and thoe tricep pushups are hardish for me, but I can usually do atleast 15 in a row
I dont mind american idol, because its interesting to see who shows up and how good they are, but after awhile its like watchin a fat person fall...you know you should stop watching but then again you wanna know how long it takes for them to get up
