I fixed it. Had to go through and do a clean boot through command prompt and such. It deleted some bad things along the way too. Cheers ~

I tried copying those setting from another computer to this one.. didn't work though.

So is there no way for me to get back in ?

Mine doesn't have that file o.o.. Is something officially wrong with my program? And i don't have any system wide proxies i believe.

Sorry for asking so many questions i'm in the manager folder, and cannot seem to find the program manager settings file. Is it named something else?
