I am trying to paint my pet with the starter PB, but when I go to the rainbow fountain...she won't let me use it. What gives?
Sorry if this is a noob question, but I've been playing for ten years and this is my first attempt at using a starter pb, and I am confused.

Guild with housemates??

This is kind of a random question, but I just want to get some of your guys' opinions.
I would REALLY love to be in a guild with my mom and fiance, but the obvious problem is that my fiance and I live together, and my mom comes over all the time to visit (neopet fanatics, my mother and I lol.) Obviously I mean all our main accounts
We use the same ip, and it would just be a pain in the ass to teach my mother how to use a proxy and whatnot. I wonder if I might be able to send a message to TNT or something about it? I'm sure they would just assume I'm a big fat cheater, which I am 
, just not about this.
What are all your thoughts/suggestions on it?
It really is frustrating to think that some of the legitimate things people would like to do on this site would end up getting them frozen

Quickest banning caused by abrosia

I am just curious, and I'm sure this has been asked before but I couldn't seen find it. What is the soonest anyone is aware of someone getting banned/frozen from using abrosia. I know it probably depends on whether or not the person is using the program wisely. This is mostly just a question out of curiosity, so no worries
