The support team at neo, is really awful. Considering how much Neopets makes, you think support is something they would have thats good

I have absolutely all info on the account.
They wont reply.
i dont get it.

Ive paid so much to play, and Im getting no service.

i dont know if my post wasnt clear to just you or everyone.
Venged my main was iced for the following reason :

This (possibly previously inactive) account was being accessed by someone other than the original creator due to its easily guessable password.

My side account which i went on to make the ticket and tell my friends, was iced the day after my friends all gifted me items and NP, because it said I was scamming members.
Two of my guild members who gifted me, were iced also, saying that they were iced for their account was compromised.
Sorry if i didnt make that clear, but it seems you were the only one who didnt get that?


*also i said I guarantee people reported me (people who i didnt lend) because i got some angry neomails after saying sorry I can't lend you.
i would get NM like "i cant believe you lent to **** I have a much better account than he does. Do you even look at peoples accounts!?!?"

Well at this point all i care is that people see this and think twice before supporting a site (buying NC and premium) that doesnt even support their users. Like seriously, yes I understand if you catch someone stealing something or using programs or harassing someone they should be punished, but come on, at least be active on the site you host and see what people saying and do. Its not like i was lending MSPP for NPs, I was doing it for free no collat nothing. Just to genuine good people on neo.
You think they would know that
