Hello hello! My name's Kellianne, and I'm new to your lovely little website. I am EXTREMELY paranoid that people will tell me off for not having two braincells to rub together when I post stupid questions about things I don't understand, or if I post on the wrong board *cowers* please be nice!

I have used the Neocodex thingymajig before... It's awesome. Abrosia is extremely helpful... And simple to use... As I can use it... I just have one, tiny, itsy-bitsy little problem... I decided to do a full system restore on my laptop last night and return it to factory settings... Now it's all back and running again, Neocodex doesn't want to work. I get some stupid error message:

'The application has failed to start because it's side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log for more detail'...

Now... You will have worked out by now, I'm as thick as two short planks, so that may as well be written in Spanish or something for me, it wouldn't make any difference - I still wouldn't have a clue what it's on about... Does anyone know how to get it to work... It worked fine before...

And yeah, now I most likely have posted in the wrong board, but I wanted to say hi, and I didn't know where to go, who to turn to, what to eat or anything! 0.o So sorry in advance ^.^ Thankyou kind people of Neocodex
