If I purchase a 1 month membership (to see how good it is etc) does it renew itself? any help greatly appreciated

Hello there I am a new member to neocodex and look forward to being a life long member (for my neo life anyway haha)...will be asking a lot of questions and be happy to help with answering questions (if I know the answers that is)

I can't seem to get it to work for some reason, basically this morning i signed up and downloaded it from the programs list, but I can't make it work, any help would be greatfully appreciated...I have a mac would this be a problem?

My problem basically is: I have abrosia up..but i can't get to any settings and can't even click the "Start" button..the screen i get is a login screen which i have put the details into and then the "Start" button is transparent and cannot be clicked..any help would be very appreciated..thank you in advanced
