Yeah, so I am really bad (I am eZ scrub who doesn't lift and is not good at fite) and I want to download program manager 2.0, so I got the files and when I open them it just goes to winrar. What now?

So earlier today I logged in just fine. I got my proxy and stuff and camp back and I was denied in, and it is a private proxy so no one else could have got me IP banned. I turned it off and went on my normal IP. Still not working, great. Now I just turn Abrosia on for a bit to burn time. I go on my iPad, and boom it works! Go back to computer and it doesn't. It said that I do not have access to the forums on the computer, but I do here, and I am not banned.


Please, help me. I wanted to get the new program manager to see how good it is before I buy advance

Looking for a cheap proxy that is Abrosia, e-mail and neopet compatible. I don't care about the size of the company, shiat it can even be one of your own, idgaf.

I've been riddled with the question of my appeal. I know poorly made ducks that are computer generated obviously aren't your first choice, but I believe it is about time I found out the truth.

So, I just realized my proxy was not on.. A.K.A all my hacks have been done on my original IP. If I begin to use a proxy somewhere else the neopet team will be like "WDF KID U GETIN BANNN!!!! ICE YOUR MAIN AGAIN11!!11", so what can I do now? If I just suddenly turn on a proxy it will look really suspicious, and I don't wanna risk another ice so early, so what now?
