I may be totally wrong on this because I don't understand these programs, but is it possible to get random events while this runs? I saw someone say it runs as its own browser, and I figured I'd ask.

Straight hour of weighted workouts for big muscle groups every day (shoulders, abs, chest, etc.) and about an hour some kind of cardio. I'm slowly working up my max speed on a treadmill and getting my mile times down! Gonna get heavy enough to donate blood someday, but gaining weight in a healthy way is slow

No they haven't.

 

They mimic human players. So reasonable times for a move in pyramids would be 2s-5s, they'll only make a move during those time periods.

 

That's the same for all the bots. No one sits at a shop refreshing for 10 hours so the ABer can be scheduled to take a break in between. Likewise, score-senders have a wait function to mimic you actually playing the game. A pyramid's autoplayer would do the same.
