Firstly I want to say hello and it's nice to be a part of this forum =)

I was just wondering how NP was sold and delivered safely. Is is by a dummy account, buying an item(s) from purchasers shop or by another way?

Also, how safe is it to transfer NP from dummy accounts to your main account and how could this be done without being frozen?

It all seems really risky, but if it's not then I'd like to give it a try.
