Wow, seems like someone hasn't been paying attention in class, huh
Well, for the reaction tendency:
Top -> Bottom = Not So Reactive -> More Reactive
Left -> Right = Reactive -> Not So Reactive
That is, if I remember properly. I haven't taken CHem for a while. Physics all the way

I haven't used Dreamweaver in ages. If I remember correctly, you select the text you want to make a link and you set the link properties in the lower bottom left hand corner. It sould say "Link" or something like that.
In Topic: Any Of These Seem Like Keyloggers?

Well, googling a process and finding out what it does is not necessarily safe. There are people who name their trojans/keyloggers something similar, or the same as other vital system processes. An example would be lsass.exe. All they would have to do would be to configure the trojan/keylogger to run from the Windows folder instead of the system32 folder. You can't kill the process with Process Manger, and they're safe. Check out Process XP from http://sysinternals.com instead. They have a lot of useful monitoring software for your computer. After opening ProcXP, you'll see a screen that shows you where the process is located and running from. It also gives you the ability to check and verify the exe maufacturer online by certificates and gives you the ability to kill almost any process running.
