I know that I am only able to see items of a rarity 89 or lower until my account is a month old, but am I not able to see the items in certain shops until my account is a certain age too? I can see the number of items in the bakery, fresh foods, chocolate factory, and magic shop, but Abrosia only shows 0 in the battle magic, defense magic, or post office shops. I am not RS banned when trying to access  these shops either. 

I started using the default 8-10 second refresh rate and noticed that I would get restock banned after 15-20 minutes of ABing. I then increased the refresh rate to 10-12 seconds, but I still get restock banned rather quickly. I've read some posts where people say they can do much shorter refresh rates and not get banned for some time. 

Should I make the range bigger, like 8-12 seconds, or what are some other things I can do to keep from getting restock banned as often? 

When I'm not banned, this program works great!
