I looked at the listed forums and none popped out to me as the place to post my question.

Question: When I'm in the NeoCodex program manager, my NP count shows as "??,???,???".

Is this a common issue or did I just do something wrong when downloading/installing/logging in?

Is this something I can fix?

I'm a chronic lurker but I finally decided to make an account here after a while and only just decided to post. I figured I'd do the Newbie Scavenger Hunt thing for the hell of it.

I'm a zoology student working on my degree at the moment.

My favorite animal is the African Wild Dog, making my favorite/dream Neopet the Spotted Lupe (seriously, I'm so glad it exists).

I used to play Neopets years ago (maybe 10 years ago?), then I played again about three years ago, and then just recently started up again.

Umm I guess a fifth fact should be appropriately weird. I collect animal skulls, especially dog, coyote, and wolf skulls.
