What the title says, I'm confused on why I'm still getting this after 12+ hours of meeting the requirements.

I forgot to create a introduction, but anyways I joined as I play Flight Rising and I heard about this website. 

I heard from other threads that you need a 10 posts to be able to go into the forum, and I really had never played Neopets before (Yeah I had no online childhood RIP)..
