This is hard but the best thing you can do is to do the same - move on from them. Easier said than done but it IS possible. And worth it.

Yes, unfortunately they are mostly beotches. Don't know if your ex was one or not but it still hurts, just the same. My advice? Allow yourself one day to mourn - cry, get drunk, whatever. After that, whenever you find yourself thinking about her force your thoughts to something else. If she has moved on then she's not losing sleep over you so why should you lose any over her? Seize control of your emotions and do things that you enjoy.
