Generally, the size rule exists because people were entering sigs the sizes of wallpapers. I think we can all agree every one of these entries is a decent sig size.

I think a minor discrepancy in the sizes is acceptable, but of course, when it is way over the limit, then they should be DQ'ed. This time we should be able to let it slide though. Adam, thoughts? You're running this round, so it's up to you.

I know you're being sarcastic, but I think you're actually right. Sure, it's "only 20px", but 20 pixels is 10% of the size limit. And even if it was 1% or 0.000001%, it'd still be over the limit...
