I've been going crazy about this. I always played it on FB, and a week ago I tried to play it again and it just won't load.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's broken. Ever since JS took over things have been going bad. They came out with ghoul catchers, but now..it's like they don't really care much anymore about anything. The apps rating went from 4 1/2 stars down to 3 recently.

Oh I see.
I tried to load it on Firefox everyday and nothing. Installed opera but couldn't get unity to work so I'm not sure what I did wrong.
Also tried to load it on my tablet and wouldn't load either. 
No one has tried to play it recently?

Oh I see.

I just tried on safari, and it doesn't look like it's working. All I'm getting is a white screen but nothing else.

Darn it, I actually liked to play it.
You said you have a tablet, is the app not available on it for you? It should be available on both apple and android tablets. I'm unsure of nook or the kindle though.

Yes, I have a tablet. I downloaded the app and tried to log in with my account but I kept getting "provider error" and I rage-uninstalled it.
I can try again if you think it can somehow work?

I'd delete the app completley, restart your tablet, then reinstall the app. I just tried it on my iPhone and it's working just fine. I know that's not a tablet, but same idea really.

Yep. Logged in just fine, loaded the level just fine, and the level works just fine. If your tablet is older that may be part of the issue. Some apps just end up deciding they don't like old devices. My iPad is an iPad 2, and my Star Wars Galaxy of Hero's and Avengers Academy don't really like to work to well on it. They constantly quit or take forever to load, or freeze. They work just fine on my phone though, which is an iPhone 6s and thus newer.

Yep, I keep getting "Provider Error. Please try again later."
Might just be the app for that device then. Sometimes the app can have an issue specific to the make of the device, such as apps on apple products having issues that andorid products might not have. What kind of tablet are you using?

I suppose. I can't imagine an account being banned from ghoul catchers though..that's really quite odd.

I was trying to log in with my main (and legit) account and it wouldn't let me. So I tried one of my no-so-legit accounts and it logged in at let me play right away. After I get my daily 50k I'll try to log into my other account again... It's a bummer if it won't allow me to play on my main. I don't want to keep transferring stuff from one account to the other.
