Neopets. I've played Runescape legit for a few months before losing all interest. It's too time-consuming and monotonous to level up in my opinion.

If you buy a membership, Runescape becomes really vast, with a ton of interesting things to do.
Though it can get somewhat monotonous sometimes, the same could be said for neopets too.
Free however, runescape becomes utterly boring in a month or two

Thats right, i've forgotten about that.
Frekaing runescape lags almost everywhere, and it becomes so hard to play sometimes. I don't even know how those high-level people fight sometimes, with all that delay

the only way to unlock all the features and have the most fun in runescape is to spend money.
in np the only real money you can spend is on clothing, which in my opinion is kind of redundant.

Selling rune scim 25K!!1!!~ The sleepless nights of runescape, now just a pathetic memory. I regret every minute of playing that game. I strongly agree that the neopets community is more mature, maybe its because the ladies of neopets set the tone, but its much more comfortable than socializing with the boys with raging pubescent insecurity, thinking runescape PK'ing and merchanting takes skills. No, I'll stick to neopets ^^

I quit Runescape after 99 woodcutting. I found that after staring at a wall chopping ivy for 150 hours was finished, the game held no value. Neopets is much better!

Neopets is better in my humble opinion, for the simple reason that, Runescape being an MMO, if someone's being a douche you can't get rid of them. I haven't played RS in years so this might have changed.

I tried RS forever ago. I honestly didn't like it. It's hard for me to attach myself to games of that nature.

Neopets, on the other hand, I'm on a love-hate relationship. I can play for months...get sick of it for months...I just cycle back and forth

I haven't played RS in about 5 years, but I'll give it a better rating than neopets, just cause when I did play I was actually interested in what I did and didn't just download our lovely program manager and automate everything

I tried runescape several times because of friends, and never once got any interest in it. When I played the graphics were so choppy looking it was a pain just to look at the screen. I've been playing neopets since it came out and even through all the stupidest updates they've had I was always drawn back, maybe its because its easy money to sell stuff for like 400%+ more than everywhere else on this other game I play, hah. (ex. sell 150k nps for $1)

Theres too many aspects in runescape in my opinion :L you have to level up so many things to be truly 'good' at it. I like a more simpler, less time consuming game like neopets

Yeahh I would definitely say that Neopets is wayy better then Runescape. I tried Runescape a few years ago but it never appealed to me

Yeah I've tried RS a couple times, and each time played for literally about five minutes. I'm not even sure what I didn't like about it. I think in each case I was looking for a replacement to fill the hole an obsession with another game had created. It never worked.
