Well... today was a lot harder. I found myself craving a cigarette just about non-stop. I am feeling bitter and aggressive. This sucks.

Something new... I'm sweating profusely. Not so bad when I chew the gum with the patch on but this is still really annoying. I'm hoping a nice long shower will help out.



Good luck! I quit cold turkey around the 7th of May. I'm doing pretty well, but I've noticed that I get irritated very easily.

For how long have you been smoking to have these withdrawal symptoms? Sounds really tough :( but you can do this!

Try replacing a cigarette with a neon pink bendy straw. When you get the urge to smoke, suck in some air through the straw and feel like an idiot. Then find something else to do.

I smoked causally from 6 to 16 then heavily from then until a couple days ago.

Good luck! I've heard the third day is the worst. But don't give in! Just think how ashamed all of us will be if you don't quit. ;)

 

I quit caffeine (I know, not as crazy as Cigarettes) a few months ago and the second and third day were the worst. But after that third day, my cravings went away and I was left feeling refreshed almost all day without a sip of coffee. Feels great!

Napiform quit caffeine the same day I quit cigarettes. Pretty sure we're making our kids miserable by now. lol
