If you were the Asian bro in your recent avatar, you're fucking huge. (Muscle wise)

My favorite outfit, I don't know. I'll post some recent pics:

Spoiler

Don't really have a lot of pictures on FB with recent clothes. Mostly pre-prom stuff. I un-tag anything with alcohol so I can't find anything :p

I may drive out to Brooklyn and buy a pair :p

yea im that guy, but i've been over indulging and carbo-loading lately. 6'1 so eh. and you two look like a nice couple:thumbsup:

I'm a student as well, and I look nice on a student budget :p

Looking nice isn't about spending lots of money. It's about spending the money you do spend wisely.
I buy most of my clothing on sale. It's cheaper, and I can build up a collection this way.

Dude, I'm telling you, I'm not rich!

I buy all of my clothing myself, aside from a few gifts I get for Christmas and my birthday and a random gift from the girlfriend here and there.
You just gotta know how to shop.

You cannot be serious. Of course I know not to walk into any old store on any given day and buy something. I know that sales are the best way to buy things. But there is a significant price gap between T-shirts and blue jeans, and pea coats, collared dress shirts, and cardigans or henleys. So don't tell me you're not rich. Dress shirts cost the same as five or ten T-shirts. I'm simply being practical with the resources that I have.

Sitting around in my 5 year old adidas shorts and 8 year old shirt I got from toronto, I can say with relative certainty I'm not the guy to consult when it comes to style :p

Except for a nice pair of overpriced puma shoes (which last me around 2-3 years) and the overpriced jeans I put on when I go out, I dress pretty cheaply :p

    I don't think I own a shirt over 20$.

thats the way i tend to do it, besides a couple mma shirts. who cares about clothes pfff

Awesome dude, I've been bulking too.
    However, I'm a hardgainer :p

Thanks man, she's the one in the first. The other two prom pictures are just girls that I'm friends with :p

I know you know that, because I know you are an intelligent person. It's common sense not to just go in and buy something.
However, I still don't do that. I buy most of my clothing online where the savings can be huge.

Sure there is a price gap, but you have to remember that clothing is an investment like anything else. There are low-end and high-end brands.
I just went on Macy's website and there were dress shirts for $10.99. That's not too expensive at all. Definitely not the price as five or ten t-shirts, unless maybe you buy five or ten white tees.

I pay for my own clothes. I'm not rich. I'm simply good with the money I do have, stretching it, and making it work for me.

I own a few shirts from threadless or designbyhumans (online - check out their website!) if those count as brands? Half of their shirts use an american apparel base.
I've been shopping at urban outfitters since they got a nice selection... although I am the kind to only buy clothes just once a year (or two).

As for bottoms I own mostly your average Levis' (love the 514 and the 511s!).

Black leather pumas are my current shoes. They have a tear in the outer leather from walking for an hour in the rain. They will probably need to be replaced

Red suede ones were my previous one

    Have any recommendations?

I am not terribly picky about clothing as long as it fits well/looks nice, but I'll drop a thousand bucks on an amazing handbag in a second.

I love a lot of stuff from Nichi, but most of the time I shop for 'outfits' instead of 'clothes', if you get what I mean. Like everything have to contribute to a designed/prepared look. I go out and fetch pieces until I can get EXACTLY what I want, so mostly I just drop everywhere until I get 'em. Nichi have a lot of stuff I like though, so sometimes I form outfits with their clothes as a centerpiece. Otherwise it's really anything goes.

I have pretty eclectic taste, and I buy stuff wherever I find something I like, but my favorite stores are Urban Outfitters, Forever 21, H&M, American Apparel, Free People, Anthropologie...you get the idea. I actually buy a lot of my clothes at Target.

Edit: I also like to wear a lot of color and I love funky accessories.

Just curious to see how everyone here dresses, what brands they like, etc.
I'm personally very concerned with my clothing. I like fashion and looking nice. I read GQ and a host of other websites on men's style. My friends and girlfriend say I'm metro. I definitely am, but I like to think of it as more of a gentleman ^_^

Anyway, I love layering in the cold :p In the winter now I'm wearing lots of sweaters over dress shirts or plain colors. Sometimes a thermal or a henley if it's warmer. Peacoats, scarves, and leather gloves when I'm going out to the city ;) Sometimes throw in a cardigan if I'm going to class.

I don't feel like going through the other seasons :p I always love my suits and ties ;)

Favorite brands: Express, Polo, Sperry, Alfani, Pierre Cardin, H&M, Burberry, Kenneth Cole
Not a brand-whore, I wear whatever looks nice, but these are the stores I frequent.

Oh, gotta have my skinnies, band-tee,and converse for shows ;)

My husband is a metro. More conservative than you - he's a southerner. Brooks Bros, Ralph Lauren, dabbles a little in the more conservative stuff put out by Lucky, Express. NO SKINNIES or converse at all. Personally, I love metro men who appreciate good shoes and aren't afraid to wear sweater vestsPosted Image

I'm a dresses and heels sort of girl. Haven't worn trousers in years now.

I've got a very old and battered pair of Converses which get dragged out occasionally as well as some flat boots for days when the weather objects to my usual footwear. :p Not that I'm running around London in 4 inches stilettos or anything, but I definitely walk better in a slight heel and the difference it makes to my posture alters violin lessons. :p

Means I tend to look a little smarter than the average student. :p Although if I'm at home, it's pyjama trousers and a hoodie all the way!

Eww. You're wearing the top ones? Fugly dude. Although those red ones look like they were bangin. I prefer leather, but the suede ones are hella comfy from what I remember.

I own two pairs of replicats, one black w/ white stripes, one white w/ black stripes :p

The red ones were awesome but if I wore white socks and they got red I'd suddenly have pink socks. Though I'm surprised at how long they lasted and how the suede didn't get ruined by the rain

They look a lot better then the pictures, I think the picture is like size 7 so they're all smooshed together

All of them have laces except for the last ones. Do you happen to know the model name?

Fitted pants from jeans to herringbone, khakis. Also have a few pair of skinny jeans. I mostly just layer collared shirts with cardigans or blazers or any other type of sweater granted they mesh well together. I prefer if there wasn't a logo or brand name on my clothing just for cleanliness sake. Shoes i have pretty small variety though. Different colored loafers, a couple flat bottoms (kinda like chucks but not quite), some big sneakers and a pair of boots.

I find myself buying Levi Premium (skinny) jeans, I-N-C, Express, and shopping at Urban Outfitters a lot. I like tees that are catchy + memorable.
Kenneth Cole is good too, LRG, Hurley, DC, some (skate/snow) board brands..
    Band tees
Wear a lot of dress shirts as well, plaid/flannel (call me a scene kid if you will :p)
On rare occasions I'll be wearing my New Era hats :p

For shoes I'll either have some Nikes, Jordans, Chucks, Vans, or dress shoes depending on my other shit :p

I'd like to say I'm fashionable, more then the majority at least hahaha
