Today I will cook Chanpon...
Chanpon is local dish, very delicious (*´ο`*) Chanpon is made with seafood (shrimps, squids, oysters, octopus) and cabbage and bean sprout, fishcake and pork (soup is also made from boiling pork bone)..... so delicious! (￣▽￣)ノ*

It's really amazing how many people like sushi. Everyone I know hates it, including myself, but I don't eat seafood so that's why. Sushi is definitely an acquired taste.

So many good stuff... I love japanese and italian food. I LOVE cheese, specially Camembert and Brie. In terms of desserts I love lemon pie and brigadeiro

I've got a few friends who hate any sort of seafood but then again I've got some friends who love it. It usually goes more toward the "asian" side. If you're asian or you hang around with asians/ live in an asian neighborhood you're more likely to eat sushi and pocky and all that jazz

Sushi is delicious food, try to affix a title to it and lump it in as a stereotype is an exercise in futility.
Also, Puerto Ricans can hang from rafters for an extraordinary amount of time.

^ Nakchi Bakeum or however you spell it. (Stir fried squid in spicy korean goodness usually served with omnomnom udon noodles)
ALSO, lets not forget the kimchi:
Raddish is my favorite Kimchi, but I also enjoy the ones made from Leek and sometimes the Cucumber
And while we're on Asian food, nobody has mentioned VIETNAMESE deliciousness all over my body.

Its a a soup made from beef stock, rare slices of beef steak, tendons, tripe, and flank. It may sound kinda gross to you if you don't like your meat raw-ish but it's so tasty with hot sauce. I WANT SOME NOW
AND, sushi is also really really good. A lot of people like it and it's NOT hipster food. I rarely ever see any rich white people at the sushi bars where I live, haha lol
