So? It's still reason to celebrate. I mean come on, they've been looking for 10 fucking years someone better throw a party. : P
As long as you don't forget that there is a much much bigger picture that we are aiming for.
If a new Bin Laden shows up, we will kill him too. Maybe you don't see the importance of this, or maybe you're just playing the devils advocate, but either way, it doesn't matter.
Osama Bin Laden is dead, America has the body, and this is a HUGE mile stone in the War on Terrorism. Don't fuck with America.
And we kill him in 10 more years? After another 3,000 people die?
Killing Bin Laden might have been a bad thing actually. You fail to understand or even grasp that concept.
America probably hasn't denied disaster aid relief. Guyana (the country I'm currently in) went through a lot of political unrest in the past few years, which also resulted in the assassination of a Government Minister. It's not America's fight, and there was really no way the situation here would become an international affair, so I can understand them standing back and letting the drama unfold. The point I was making though, was the President had requested help from the American government to quell the situation. Everything turned out more or less ok in the end. We'll see what happens when elections roll around in August
You have to understand that America can play a roll without having any military matter. Just threatening military forces is plenty enough to get people to back off, but we also have thousands of operatives trained to work in secret. the move in, take out a certain target, lead a certain group down the wrong road. And then leave. Everything eventually works out fine.
Or we might have just let you work it out on your own. You can't expect us to solve your problems while other countries are protesting us for assisting a country who's dictator killed their own people.
