I feel like shows/series always does things to spite me, of course, specifically me and only me.
But alas... *dramatic sigh*
It's just accepted that in GoT, if we don't want something to happen, it probably will.

I believe it should be coming soon from what I understand. I didn't google your guess though, but I now have itchy fingers!

It's so true. The Red Wedding left me breathless and I was just so in shock. As much as I try to boycott watching, or google searching to find the answer I desire, I will probably always end up watching the next episode. I'm thinking of reading the series just because I think the suspense to some of the characters is just wrangling too many feels from me.

I have read the released books twice through, and I'll probably do another just before The Winds of Winter is released in 2030.

A Dream of Spring will be exactly that... a DREAM, because the fatso is going to die from all the mayonnaise in his arteries before he finishes the series, and instead of getting the closure we crave, we'll get stuck with some fucked version in the show written by those two bumbling morons who are in charge of it.

Game of Thrones fan fiction is always an option
I've read my own fair share and some of it pushes my own limits and I'll read nearly anything.
I personally enjoy reading people furthering the story and not just writing two characters boinking because they haven't yet in the books/series.

Goodness -- I don't doubt she was very, very good.

I loved that part with Olenna, the actress is great
There are many talented actors.
But the direction the show is taking bothers me. I wouldn't be surprised if we, book readers would have to stop watching the show and start being afraid of spoilers on the internet. I can understand that Martin is slow and all and that they cannot stop emitting the show now that it's so popular
but this might be the first time the show surpasses the book.

I could never watch something and then read it... I've tried and never enjoyed it. I always read and then watch because I feel it taints my imagination otherwise... I realize that might of read as silly but that's how I interpret things.
If the show completely surpasses the books than I will not watch but the internet makes it difficult to not know what's happening in any popular series, (FB statuses, tweets, instagram, news sites, etc.) I thoroughly enjoyed how shocked everyone was online about the wedding this season though, it can be amusing to already know and watch others react.

I caught up on the last two episodes tonight, and I don't get the hype. This show is becoming a snoozefest. ![]()

I think that comment is funny when I remember watching a season preview where they talked to the cast and they said this would be the most exciting season to date because they aren't waiting for finales to pull off big events. I will say that I believe the show is better in the big picture but can be a little dry

I really liked the episode last night because it had Arya, Jon and Sansa scenes. And a little Dragonstone action.
I'm fucking sick to death of the Lannisters and Dany. They're the ones I don't care about.
I thought the Jon scene was pointless. It felt like reminder that yes, Mance Rayder is marching on the Wall, and yes, Jon Snow is being disrespected/ignored as always. And everything involving Tyrion/the Lannisters since Joffrey's death has felt very predictable/BORING to me. I'm tired of watching Peter Dinklage making sad crying faces.
I did enjoy the Arya/Hound, Brienne/Podrick, Stannis/Davos, and Melisandre/Mrs. Stannis scenes. Maybe because they weren't constrained by the petty politics of King's Landing, or the conspicuous lack of a sense of peril in the Vale and the Wall. I guess Lysa was murdered, but the show hadn't invested enough in her story for me to feel too bad. It's just another entry on my Why Littlefinger Needs To Die list. What'll be interesting is Sansa's reaction to her new situation.

Well, she was meant to be a tragic character =/
I vaguely pity her, but her story wasn't fleshed out enough for me to really care.
