Just a quick poll (haha, poll = pole) 'cause I'm bored. Do you regret losing your virginity to the person you lost it to. I.e. who you took your virginity/the circumstance in which you lost it, do you regret it?

I regret mine 'cause I lost it to someone who totally used me. And it was awful. so bad. Bleh. But do you wish your first time was someone else? Or maybe something different (were you caught by a parent during your first time?! But you don't regret losing it to that person, etc.)

On one hand, I don't wish I could take it back, it was amazing and one of the best nights of my life, but on the other hand, it would've been nice to have waited a bit longer before we fucked, but oh well. I guess it could've been better if I lost it to someone I loved, too, instead of just pretty much a one night stand too, but we both enjoyed it, so I guess thats cool.

Well, excuuuuuuuuuussse me that I waited until I was a rational thinking adult not motivated by teenage wiles. I remained virtuous and untarnished into my 20's.
I don't believe in virgin-shaming. There's nothing wrong with being 20-something and being a virgin. There's more to life than sex, and no one should ever feel like the HAVE to do it just because other people are. I think that's actually what leads to bad experiences.
