We're on a cheating site. Common sense tells us there's more than one way to buy an item.

They aren't ETS in NP either. As I previously stated four are for sale on site and haven't been sold in weeks. Stewartclw has been bumping his board for ages.

you also said they were selling for 1.05bil? which is wrong. that andrewleaffaylord was selling his for 1bil and so was someone else. i garantee that if you advertised one for 900mil it would sell within a day so yeh to me its ETS.

and napihead if you used your common sense you would realise thats there not that many people willing to pay that much in real cash for pixels...GJ

Not that many, but if there's at least one person willing to, then it's a big difference.

Even at 900m you would NEVER get an offer of pure. You'd end up with a WTYD Stamp or some other upper tier stamp with WoDF, I-Staff, GoW. It would be more HTS items that take weeks to sell. In no way would you get an offer of 900m OR ETS items within a day.

EDIT: Nevermind, apparently he got himself a temp ban for his shenanigans.

Oh, and to remain relevant to the actual topic: TNT could continue probably making enough of a profit to not go under and still ignore all the legitimate complaints with the site, but it wouldn't be wise, and they've already had a small number of people considering filing suit against them for their shit business practices (I don't believe they got anywhere, but the fact they made their former customers angry enough to look into legal action is telling).

rules are written down for retards, there're common sense. give me one rule which you thought. 'oh lyke ong i didnt knw tht'

neopets is a fucking business, yeh its a game for us but its money for them. and theres plenty of people who like the NC mall, sappose because they like it they dont really shout there opinion so its goes unnoticed. look at COD there are tens of millions of copies sold and a few thousand haters, weigh the odds.

same with neopets, 10k+ people online at any one time and a few hundred haters, why would tnt be bothered about the haters?

How about the rule that you can't mention ANYBODY'S username in any post for any reason? Is that rule common sense?

How about the rule that you can't discuss any incident of anybody being frozen in the past for any reason? Is that rule common sense?

After you respond no to both of those, i can call you an idiot.

EDIT: but after reading all your other posts in this topic, it looks like i can call you an idiot anyways.

He's been suspended for 3 days, so I hope you can wait :)

I was looking at employment opportunities with TNT (sheerly for the lulz), and there really wasn't that much :/ Unless someone has better contacts than I do (aka: any)...

And yet people still throw their money at them.

    And that's all that matters.

Exactly. I don't get why people spend money on this game.

Like I said, it was just for the lulz. I live nowhere near California, but I knew that I saw several people debating about getting jobs/internships with them.

For the record... if ANYONE here from Codex gets a job working there if they aren't spilling all the secrets we want to know then we are disowning you.

    I didn't know you were Codex's spokesperson Yung? ;)

Not to mention that anyone lower than Advanced + will definitely compromise the forum's safety anyway... :p
Although, we could get them 'done' for industrial espionage?

That's what I'm more worried about. I like to think the members are trustworthy. Though I could be terribly wrong.

Then again, I don't know how much more secure we are if we made it members-only, since registration isn't exactly rocket surgery. Post counts is something else to consider, but in my experience, usually leads to the forums going to shit with a bunch of people posting worthless comments just to up their post count. (Yeah yeah, the snarkier members are going to say that's what happens already anyway but seriously.)

If nothing else a Codex member would need to tell the programmers their secrets so that we could better exploit the game through our various cheating facets. I for one would love to have the results for Food Club prior to the Food Club booth closing.

But if we knew all the secrets where would the fun be? I think we'd lose interest pretty quickly.

Geese, going from harmless automation to Espionage and industrial sabotage..

I would love to know their methods of autobuyer detection - What exactly their flagging system looks for (I found out some information from a TNT staff member to this regard, but not enough)

Right this is exactly the kind of information I'm talking about... and of course Food Club results, maybe Stock Market trends. I know that they claimed it was an algorithm and they have no control over it but I am inclined to disbelieve this notion, they should at least have a method for determining the results before they go live.

I'm sure that once anything was actually leaked, TNT would change their strategies. It seems the only thing they care about is making sure they can ice people, so I think it's best to contain some ignorance to their practices.

You all make it seem like a simple intern or new employee would get all this information.
