Yep. It will keep inflating, but also it will be a bit harder to sell as it inflates.

basically its just supply demand. even if you got something rare, its worthless if no one wants it.

OK, my favorite investment, where you can double your neopoints in three months. Watch Keyquest for when they have "seasonal" prizes. Buy books cheap at the end of the cycle, wait three month, sell books.
You've likely are on the tail end for when you should have bought books after the summer seasonal prizes.

I remember when I invested in gourmet cooking books in january. They inflated to 4x the december price in august last two years however the third year, they deflated by about 30% or so when I sold it. Bad bad investment

However, seasonal items like the book is usually a good investment.

I always invest in advent calendar items that get used up. i.e food, stamps, books, etc...
