Stamps for future stamp collection avatars

Dark battle duck stamp went for pretty cheap before the battledome stamp set avatar came out, and now it's 12-13m

Wish when I started I had places I could go to ask people things so I never had to put effort into learning the game and actually playing. :p

Also for future possible plots with BD, you can invest on BD items/ neggs / potions.

Yep. It will keep inflating, but also it will be a bit harder to sell as it inflates.

This topic keeps repeating this topic over the last few months. Maybe someone with a high level of item/price understanding should make a pin-worthy post.

I invested in retired mid level bd items such as Hanso. Even if there may be no plot for a while, stupid rumors can be just as profiting.

Yeah I mean, we've already discussed failed investments and investments worth investing in. Seems like a rinse repeat subject now.

basically its just supply demand. even if you got something rare, its worthless if no one wants it.

OK, my favorite investment, where you can double your neopoints in three months. Watch Keyquest for when they have "seasonal" prizes. Buy books cheap at the end of the cycle, wait three month, sell books.
You've likely are on the tail end for when you should have bought books after the summer seasonal prizes.

For example, "Book of Love" was a prize on the Val-tine Key Quest

Keyquest has flooded the marked so much, that I think I was getting it for 800 at the end of the last cycle, now I'm seling closer to 2000. Not a lot of point, some books do better. The rarer the book, the better the rebound.

I have had some hit and misses. Usually backgrounds go back up, I always keep those on hand. Great tip, thanks!

I remember when I invested in gourmet cooking books in january. They inflated to 4x the december price in august last two years however the third year, they deflated by about 30% or so when I sold it. Bad bad investment

However, seasonal items like the book is usually a good investment.

I always invest in advent calendar items that get used up. i.e food, stamps, books, etc...
