Hmm i need some help. When i try to start up the program manager I get see the logfile C:\Program Files\Neocodex\Manager\preloader.exe.log for details and when I go there i get this.

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "pre_loader.py", line 54, in <module>
File "urllib2.pyc", line 126, in urlopen
File "urllib2.pyc", line 400, in open
File "urllib2.pyc", line 513, in http_response
File "urllib2.pyc", line 438, in error
File "urllib2.pyc", line 372, in _call_chain
File "urllib2.pyc", line 521, in http_error_default
urllib2.HTTPError: HTTP Error 407: Proxy Authentication Required

Anyone got any ideas what this means? I was messing a bit around earlier with proxy settings trying to get them to work, but to no avail. I was using proxy manager just fine earlier this morning, but can no longer. I've tried deleting and reinstalling, but that didn't work. Any help is appreciated :)

How would i go about that? Can't even get into program manager, and i've disabled proxy settings, but it keeps happening.

Try deleting the program manager settings file and see if that lets you open it. Do you have any system-wide proxies set up on your computer?

Sorry for asking so many questions i'm in the manager folder, and cannot seem to find the program manager settings file. Is it named something else?

Should be something like cdxSettings.

Mine doesn't have that file o.o.. Is something officially wrong with my program? And i don't have any system wide proxies i believe.

It's probably just because you just reinstalled it I guess. That message is basically saying that you're using a proxy which you're not logged into properly. :/

Yes, find out why it thinks you're using a proxy and resolve that.

Try creating a blank cdxSettings.nc file?

I'm getting that same message. Just downloaded it on this laptop since I don't have it on here yet, so it basically just was updating stuff....but it can't even update anything from the neocodex database, so that error message comes up.

It must be something with the forums. They keep going down for me, hope I'm not the only one.

-edit once again- I can't even find that error message log...but I'm guessing it would be the same thing even though I'm not even using a proxy...heck I wasn't even able to get to the chance to put a proxy in.

-edit again I know- Just uninstalled and reinstalled...works fine now.

I fixed it. Had to go through and do a clean boot through command prompt and such. It deleted some bad things along the way too. Cheers ~
