Does anyone know whether there will be any other components to the plot besides BD? If not, I'm pretty well done.
I would say there will be other components yes, otherwise it's a bit lame IMO.

I beat ONE opponent on hard (conjurer) and easy is, well, easier by a long shot. Both achievements obtained. ... God I hate this round. If there's another wave after this I'm just giving up.

Maybe try your luck against Brutal Mercenary. He has no freezers.

Flawless victory, finish with full health (and not because you've won).
Whatever the other one's called, lose a fight.
Plus side, I kicked the Plotter's ass just now on Mighty. ... And...somehow got sick? Not sure what happened there.

One you finish a battle without taking any damage and the other you just lose.

I'd agree, if I didn't already get my pet killed when the health glitch was there. Might as well suicide for this since I already screwed up.

I'll probably start losing battles in the next wave, but I refuse to lose to opponents that I can still KO in one hit!

Welp. All of the opponents are using lvl 50+ faerie abilities now. So all of them have a freezer (kind of)
Have to fight them on easy now, I was fine last wave but this wave is considerably harder

should consider using reflector and blockers now and since most of their wep deals air and dark icons. having some air/dark blocks really helps

Looks like it. The Nefarious Plotter has a Poison Tipped Dagger.

Even if you can't beat them with one hit, if you have a decentish pet you could do something like main weapon + 100% freezer + Lens Flare on the first round and then finish them off with main weapon + big bomb on the second.
