Good luck to everyone, but just remember that diet is really important! If you cheat for one meal, don't say "I'll get back on it tomorrow/next week" but get back on your diet the very next meal. Also avoid sugary drinks!

I've been pretty damn bad the last week... I got really sick, throwing up, aching body. Head aches and the lot...

So I didn't exercise... I was home from work probably 4 days and when I felt well enough I ate crap, since it was the only stuff my body would keep down. I tried fasting since trying to eat a nice salad or something just ended in my being over the toilet every time.

I do have to say though I enjoyed the crappy food... It kept me full and kept some of the stomach pain away and reduced my throw ups down.

I got some anti-biotics from the docs, taking my pain killers and a tablet to bring down my stomach acid levels because apparently they were too high.

I had a blood test (fuck u blood test) and find out results tomorrow (in about 10 hours) and I hope its all good news.

So I'm hoping that I'll be feeling great tomorrow and can workout :) Starting work early again though at 1 pm till 9:30 pm, so I might leave it till after work. But I'm probably just going to leave it till Saturday. Will be cleaning and tidying up the entire house and yard and hopefully have some fun exercising, playing games and stuff...

I AM ALSO STILL TRYING TO FIND THE BEST FITNESS TRACKER TO CHOOSE I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO GET xD

Make sure you drink lots of fluids, if you are throwing up or other, you need to keep your body hydrated. Also just becasue you are sick doesn't mean you have to eat bad. Yes you might want it, but think of the future? How good to you want to look on your wedding day? YOU WANT TO BE SCHMEXY MAHA! Just try and reduce how much you eat for now, and drink water lots of water or even flavored water. Try to drink a full glass before you eat and you'll find yourself get fuller quicker.

I still say fitbit is the best thing you can get for what your needs are.

I was drinking plenty because I was throwing up while trying to keep to my healthy foods. But all my body would keep down was red rooster chips....... ._.

tried to go back to a nice chicken salad too and I just threw up about 3 hours afterwards... Had plenty of water though and always do, grabbed a sipper hydralite drink too since my elecrtolytes were stuffed up xD

But yeah I do wanna look better than I do now :) As long as I can get to 80kg or below :) My goal is still 75kg though D:

And @Stuck the fitbit wont tell me the time and the only fitbit (the one) can't be worn on my wrist the way I need it to, since works dress guidelines are damn picky -_-

Did you not look at the  Flex? It's a wrist band that does everything except track the time.

"This slim, stylish device is with you all the time. During the day, it tracks steps, distance, and calories burned. At night, it tracks your sleep quality and wakes you silently in the morning. Just check out the lights to see how you stack up against your personal goal. It’s the motivation you need to get out and be more active."

What about a watch on one arm and the fitbit on the other? A simple watch that tells time isn't expensive :p

We're only allowed 1 piece of jewelry/accessory on an arm... We're limited to our wedding ring/band and a hidden necklace and earrings.

Which is why i'm after a tracker that does all of those things :3 Even then, every watch I've owned so far has had a weird thing of going flat within less than a week with me wearing it, then once I take it off, the next day they work again.

This one will fit in your pocket (or clips to your pants and can be hidden under a shirt), so you could still wear a watch. I think you are going to be pretty limited on something that tracks all you want AND gives you the time.

Will be sending in my most likely 100% horrible results tonight....

BUT we're not buying anymore fast food and no more crappy junk food stuff.

Breakfast will be toast or oats until shopping day. Lunch will probably be a small microwave meal or possibly 2 minute noodles or something for now.

Tea for me will be a microwave meal at work, 1 of the 300 calorie or lower options. Hopefully they'll be on special, if not I'll have a $1.50 serve of potato salad or pasta salad...

Workouts start tonight again too I hope... finally feeling up to par after being sick, still have shit tons of antibiotics to complete though :(

Sorry but I'm going to quit for a few weeks. Life is hectic as it is and I don't even have time to sleep/eat/sport properly.

    I gained weight this week.

Probably due to the Mother's Day pound of chocolate covered strawberries and 12 pack.

:( I hope you'll be able to get things back on track soonish

Despite my best efforts and starting the week great, I'm back to where I started this week. No loss/No Gain (well loss then gain but it evens out)

Life is hectic for a week more for me, but after one more week I can sports more too.

Woo! I'm so excited that the weather is staying nice so I can be outdoors more :)

Well I stuck to breaky lunch and dinner with a cupcake at work for a birthday of a work mate.

Today I had a small serve of blue berry porridge and a fried egg on a piece of raisin toast.. It was bloody yum xD

Lunch is probably going to be 2 minute noodles, but I'm not sure just yet exactly it'll be something pretty simple (going to workout soon before lunch)

dinner will (hopefully i'll be paid by that time) be a microwave meal BUT I'm thinking of not buying food anymore at work... I think I'll still buy the occasional meal or drink (sugar free monster) but I'll probably have 2 pieces of toast xD Since work supply's a limited array of food for its employees, like breads, milk, coffee and cereals and a couple of other things.

In another few weeks I should be able to go for my licence which will be pretty good, hopefully I can sway my grandmother in to helping me buy my first car *shrugs*

But then I wont be able to walk home from work.....

Big weeks and days and hectic stuff, is always sort of easy to deal with, I usually do my workouts after work before bed when I get home (the cold lately has been reducing that though) I just hope everyone else can manage to get better and not get sick or sicker :)

Friday nights I'll be pushing to actually weigh and send in xD
