LOL This whole thread is awful I don't know why I just sat and read/cringed my way through it.

Yes, I agree. The horror. This thread is awful.

I got all four of my wisdom teeth pulled out at once. That hurt very much for a day but what I remember more is that I was so starved because I couldn't eat. So worst pain for me was probably when I had gastric flu =_=" I'll spare you the details.

When I was a kid and we were building our house we had the foundation up and I was a clutzy kid so I fell, but I landed on my crotch, I thought I broke something but it was just badly bruised and hurt so bad I couldn't breathe.

Last year I stepped down off of something 2 feet high and as I came down with one foot I landed on the side of it and all my weight was on top of me and my ankle bent as far in as possible without coming off. I ended up with a fracture and torn ligaments/tendons and was in a walking cast for 2 months and out of work for a month (yay workers comp)

Serious Heartbreak - yea that shit hurts real deep, suffocating, can't breath, don't want to live, ect. it's a pain that you cant describe but if you've ever been so hurt so deeply you know what I'm talking about.

Yup, I'd say that's worse than any physical pain I've been through. Mainly because for me, it also causes physical pain on top of the mental anguish. That and I don't eat for weeks on end and waste away into nothing. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

I imagine tetanus would actually be the most intense pain ever. That or something with the same neurotoxicity as Sarin. To explain, imagine getting a nerve impulse to every muscle in your body to clench and clench and clench and clench and you never are able to stop the impulse and relax your muscles. And in Sarin, the production of the enzyme which allows for the end of an action potential is inhibited. So in both cases you get these uncontrollable spasms and clenching, only with tetanus, it lasts for much longer.

scientifically the most painful pain is severe cluster headaches, a quite high % of sufferers commit suicide to stop the pain.

Apparently psilocybin can give cluster headache sufferers some relief.

    Dirt biking.

Was going much faster then I should of, hit a huge rock in the road that I couldn't see because of my helmet.

Got thrown off the motorcycle and landed on my side on top of a large rock/boulder thing.

Cracked 3 ribs and my side was a weird red/yellow/purple color for about a month and a half. Didn't really get back to 100% for about 5 months.

I can't believe I read through this entire thread. These kinds of things make me cringe and I experience stabs of sympathy pains.

The worst pains I remember experiencing are as follows:

    • I got shot through the meat of my calf with a .22 caliber bullet. (left leg)
    • I got stabbed with a fork in my ribcage.
    • I had a boar tear through the meat of my calf with his tusk (right leg)
    • I fell off the roof of a three story barn and landed a pile of 4x4s right shoulder down. Nothing broke but I severely dislocated my shoulder.
    • I've zipped my penis in my pants three times. Every time I was at work and working alone and then a customer would come in and so I'd start rushing to help them and zip too fast. Fortunately the pants I wore to work back then were all cheap khakis with plastic zippers.

I haven't had too many painful things happen to me (childbirth was one I suppose) but I will never forget riding a bike with my cousin. Unfortunately he wasn't paying attention to the path ahead and the front wheel became wedged in this massive hole in the concrete - shouldn't have been there - he became airborne and fell flat on his face, scraped everything up. EEEEVERYTHING *cringe*

I rushed to his aid and he looked up at me, completely bloody in the face with two front teeth missing and said, "I'm going to die". He began crying, the poor soul.

Of course he wasn't going to die haha...

I have phantom pains in my coccyx that occur in certain circumstances.

They can range from dull aches to synapse-searing agony.

    Endless fun.

I would get that checked out if I were you! Did you hurt it at the dunes?

I get ear infections fairly frequently and once I had to blow my nose and both ears popped. I saw colors for a few seconds like I was just hit in the head and was hunched over in agony for a good minute.

I cant leave out the few times I've been credit-carded (when one end of the board is facing the ground and the other is up in your groin and then you land) trying to attempt a inward heelflip (Skateboarding)

The first few days after my first day of snowboarding were filled with stiff pain.

Getting scorpion-ed while snowboarding without a helmet.

And last but not least smashing my face into the steering wheel from a car accident I was in a few months ago which ended up breaking my nose.

Just to name a few :p

Ive been dirt biking since I was twelve and have yet to have anything where I couldn't get up and brush off the dirt (hee hee) .

Yeah psilocybin has many amazing benefits that pharmaceutical companies won't allow to help sufferers, but i'm not gonna get into that.

Mine is way too depressing! So, I'm gonna edit it.

Cutting my knee open on a piece of rusty railing outside. Went down to the bone, flap of skin just dangling. Had to get stitches, wasn't fun.

Back in my middle school days, I got knocked over and landed right on my tail bone. I don't know if it was broken or not but it took a while to be able to sit correctly.
