Last night I have dreamed with a girl I went with in elementary school (Yeah, I have no clue why). I left that school in 4th grade and never saw her again until... 2010 I guess? We encountered on a bar, we talked like 2 hours or so, but nothing else happened. 

 

The thing is: after that dream I googled her name and found her Instagram account. HOLY FUCK, it was the first time that I almost cry watching someone so beautiful. I don't know what should I do. I so want to talk to her but I can't, and I think she has a boyfriend and she's happy.

Oh, she's a big Star Wars nerd too.

 

I feel desperate and helpless.

I've been patiently waiting since I woke up for a decent hour to go buy alcohol. I hate Friday's. All my friends work all day except for me. The downside of working at a college, no one in their right mind takes Friday classes unless they absolutely have to.

There's a plot of land just outside the village with a little garden. A few days ago a tiny black and white puppy appeared there and every time I pass near the gate whatever time it is the tiny ball of fur starts to bark. Since I pass there every day more than one time a day, I've noticed a few things about the puppy. There's no place where it can sleep or to take shelter during the cold nights or rain. There's a man that goes there once a day during lunch hour (I am not a stalker....) and throws some pieces of bread through the fence. I never saw anything that might resemble any type of bowl with water or food either. Today I pinched my girl balls, got out behind the truck and went to talk to the man. Asked him if it was his dog (it is), if it was female or male (the lovely man doesn't even know), if he takes the poor animal home during the night (he doesn't). There's a hole in the gate where I'm pretty sure with a bit of help from my part (and some wire cutting pliers) the poor doggy could fit through it.

I am now facing a moral dilemma. And if I do it, I don't know if I can call myself "the girl who saved that beautiful puppy" or "the lunatic who kidnapped a poor dog".

Not really. The local police handles the case if it's proven any kind of abuse is being committed and the animals are taken to the local kennel. It's not unusual here to have dogs in plots like this, mostly to protect other animals and the gardens, with food once a day and chained in a very confined space, this puppy is in fact a lucky one because it can walks freely inside the fence. Our law for these cases is very recent too and things like these aren't even considered violence or abuse.
