People on Android, and those who use the google play store, there is a fake app. The actual app may not be compatible with your device so someone made a fake one that shows up instead when you search for the actual app.

Change your neo password, if you've accidentally used this. You may want to change your email password as well, since your neo account is connected to your email account as well. If it has in app purchases, and you made one, I'd check your credit card/bank info, because it may be possible that the creator can get your CC info from your in app purchase. Plus, if you've purchased NC with your CC, that is now connected to your neo account, and this may allow the person to get your password, giving them access to your CC info.

I can't believe someone cared enough to do this. I mean, neo has so few users left, it wouldn't get the creator tons of neo passwords or anything.

Wow. That's seriously bad.

I mean, using a bot to do the hard work for you is one thing, but stealing accounts AND, worst, credit card information? I can't even...

Not sure if it's already been mentioned, but to those having problems with it on your phone or have phones the game isn't available on at all:

There's a computer program called BlueStacks that allows you to use almost any Google Play apps on your computer (one exception is the Swagbucks apps unfortunately do not work.)

 

My crappy POS phone can handle Ghoul Catchers, but has less than a gigabyte of space so I'm constantly having to delete things to add new ones. Ghoul Catches was the most recent one so I could install Zombies, Run. Thankfully it runs flawlessly on BlueStacks, and I was credited my prizes INSTANTLY.

 

Now... I hear it may cost in the long run. Possibly a subscription? IDK. But there is an option to install the sponsor app of the day... but that's it. You do NOT have to open it. Just install then delete immediately.

 

Believe it works with both Windows and Mac iirc.

Once again I'll reiterate a status update here:
I'm actually getting my NP now! It seems many of those who wren't are now receiving NP and prizes. If you don't receive a neomail containing your missing prizes, if you are not at level 21, play to level 21. I got all my missing prizes when I hit 21. If you're higher than that, and not at level 40, keep playing. You may receive your prizes at level 40, which is the next level that awards them. You may also receive them in-between getting to 40.

Anyone having login issues here? Last week I tried opening Ghoul Catchers (the real one!) and was told that the username and passwords do not match!

 

(Obviously I am not posting my Neo username here)

 

This is on a Samsung Galaxy S4.

 

Edit: still not doing it. Would a change of password help?

The few times I did play was just doing the first level over and over for some quick FC money because it got really hard really fast (at least for me. I stop caring for games if I get frustrated).

I don't think this is safe. Your main is connected to your side and you're not allowed to play this game on two accounts. You can try and use a proxy with another account that's not connected to your main though, but that's a bit risky too I think.

I'm now able to login and play quite nicely, but the problem is that after 20 levels you need to have amassed 50 stars (out of 60!) or else you cannot proceed without either: (a) harassing your Facebook friends, or (b) paying. 1) I do not have Facebook, and 2) TNT/Neopets/Jumpstart are not worth a single penny, as they cannot get the main functions of their site to work. So what do I do?!

Why cant they spend more time fixing the site and the glitches people face on this game

rather than more updates...
