The SS just said the account I used was logged in succesfuuly. I panicked for a second thinking I'd been frozen and that's why I got logged out of that account. Nope. Not yet.

I got rid of my IP ban by sending Neopets a message saying my account was hacked please get them off it! Lol I made it up and have been able to use it ever since

There's a variety of ways to get out of being banned simply because they're way too willing to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. I mean seriously, my sister shares this computer, or I just moved, or I was hacked. I mean come on! You don't even have to try anymore. Not that that's a bad thing. ;D

Lol got iced. Although I did send them a message on the Help topic saying I was from Codex and explaining how worthless they have been at attempting to revive this site. I also dared them to join the "Dark Side" and betray their co-workers. Have any obvious members of TNT joined recently?

Maybe they finally realized that if they freeze everyone who did something, they're going to have 10 or less users left to give them money by buying NC and premium stuff.

I said I was waiting to get premium when the "new" premium was released when my main was frozen for cheating on flash games during the AC a while back. I got my account back in 5 days. And I did have a record of all my NC purchases which I included in the document I attached to prove the account was actually mine...

And this was with the old TNT, and when Tony was still there. 

 

So, maybe. If the old TNT may have taken it into account, JS probably does so more.

That's so greedy. In my opinion, they should be treating each and every customer like they are of equal importance. If they stopped picking favorites maybe the site could return to it's former glory. It's like the old TNT basically picking favorite users and showering them with prizes and crap. If you look at Hrobi's gallery, she has a Spoppy III, which according to JN's Database, is only owned by her. I'm just going to assume she didn't just figure out some secret that no one else did.

TNT always had favourites. And spending money with the site doesn't make anyone safe from having an iced account. That's why I keep saying that giving them money is like give money to someone beat you with a nailed bat. Use that money to help a charity. It will be much more appreciated.

I don't doubt the legitimacy of either of these stories. In fact, it makes a lot of sense. But still, favorites is a game that doesn't go over well with the community. Also, did they really have community mods? If they had kept those, we wouldn't be seeing stuff like what went down last night.

This has actually been my policy regarding stuff like Premium and NC. The NC that I used was all gifts that were redeemed. In my experience, they've never really valued their customers. Poor customer service, and no refunds on Premium if you get frozen.

LOL. This legit happened to me earlier today. Albeit in a different way: I tried to sign in to the Score Sender, and I got a message saying "Could Not Log in to Account" or something like that. I freaked out, and tried to login again. Same response. I had forgotten that I changed my password for safety reasons. Still, I almost had a heart attack thinking my Main had been iced.
