I found out the candidate 'Deez Nutz' (sp?) was filed and nominated by a 15 year old kid.
I wish Netflix would make the election a special cause that shit would be streamed by everybody.
Entertainment out this hoohah.

According to the quiz I side with Bernie 93% and Hillary 85%, but I live in Canada so I won't be voting

If a Black man made the comments that Trump is making he wouldn't be applauded like he is by a bunch of people right now. ~_~

I know all about Ben Carson. I've been a fan of his since his 2013 speech at the National Prayer Breakfast.
For the democrats/liberals in this thread, if Joe Biden were to run in 2016, would that have an impact on your selection?

Do you agree that there's no such thing as a war crime, that Obamacare is the worst thing to happen since slavery, and that being gay is a choice?
I would not vote for Joe Biden, but I want him to run so he'll split the Hillary vote and give Bernie a better shot at getting the nomination.

Two things I've heard recently about Bernie. Wonderful Bernie.
http://www.occupydem...-evading-taxes/
He called out a bunch of horrible tax dodging, corrupt companies, which no other candidate would do because they're all backed by those corrupt companies.
https://go.berniesan...e=sh150902fb-mw
He's also got a petition for all the democratic candidates to support a $15 minimum wage. I signed it. No other candidate would do something like that.
I really am considering donating to him. I know it would only be about $10 from me, but it's $10 Bernie can use. Every time I hear people talking about the election, my first words to them are "Do you know about Bernie Sanders?". And if they say "no" I then proceed to tell them all about Bernie.

I don't necessarily fully agree with the bolded statements from the article/blog. I have my own qualms with ThinkProgress, The Heritage Foundation, John Podesta/George Soros, etc. but that's beside the point.
I do however agree with the premise of a lot of those opinions. The war crimes statement for instance. I believe there are things that can/should/would be considered war crimes, however I agree with what he said which was:
Our military needs to know that they’re not gonna be prosecuted when they come back, because somebody has, said “You did something that was politically incorrect." There is no such thing as a politically correct war. We need to grow up, we need to mature. If you’re gonna have rules for war, you should just have a rule that says no war. Other than that, we have to win. Our life depends on it.
I am curious as to what the servicemen of Codex think about him and/or other candidates. Regarding another point, I don't think Obamacare is the "worst thing since slavery" but again, I agree with what he said, which was:
It is slavery in a way, because it is making all of us subservient to the government, and it was never about health care, it was about control.
About the economy/keeping people on welfare, I am on board with his remarks, seen below.
I think some people have that as a way of life. Perhaps some of the things that are going on right now which could be easily remedied are not being remedied in order to keep the economy depressed because there would be no appetite for many of the social programs if people were doing well.
On some of the other comments, I don't really believe the 2016 Election is in danger of being cancelled, and I don't feel like we should be able to remove judges who voted for "marriage equality" but those aren't really things I care about anyway when choosing a candidate. There isn't anyone up there I agree with 100% and if there was, it is very unlikely that they would be the best candidate for the country because I am pretty far to the right. I agree with your feelings towards Biden. I would like some of the Hilary fan fare to die down and if that gives Bernie more support, then so be it. He's nothing short of a socialist, but at least he is anti-establishment and that automatically makes him better than the rest IMO.

I'm voting for Trump, because I've never seen a president get assassinated while I was alive.
(just kidding, not voting for him)

I thought Donald Trump was going to be a joke candidate, but I am now seeing that he is leading the GOP polls. Unbelievable.
I don't really have a dog in this fight, but I would prefer Bernie Sanders as the Democratic nominee, and ultimately, the President.

Where do you guys find your information about the candidates? I'd like to vote, but I really don't have the time to watch all of the debates (and whatnot) myself and honestly, I don't know where to find unbiased information on the candidates online...

I read various websites and voting records of the candidates. I like Bernie Sanders the best. He's been the most consistent guy in the race. He's been saying the same shit for 40 years, none of this flip flop bullshit. Plus, he has major points in my book for voting against bills that harm civil liberties, including the Patriot Act.
You need to just set the time aside. Select the candidates you think you like the most and go look for their voting record, news media clips of them speaking (not just recently, dig up older clips too) and decide if they best match what you wanna see in the future. Be careful and try to use multiple sources for information. Avoid network news like Fox, CNN, MSNBC -- those are all heavily biased and blatantly so. It's really hard to find unbiased information because humans are always biased.

If Hillary gets the nom I'll vote green party
I think I might do the same, actually. I know it will be fruitless in the end, but I'd feel better than I would if I opted not to vote at all.
I'll probably be going with Bernie Sanders. If he doesn't win the nomination then I'm not sure who I'll go with, but I refuse to vote for Hillary Clinton.
NO no oh god please no.
People doing that is why we got Bush in the first place. The US is first around the post election. Voting green is basically the same as not voting, if not worse.
Voting in the US is like being an RPG. Terrible monsters, the RNG is a fickle god, and DON'T SPLIT THE PARTY
