Personally I don't think it depends on luck, if you contribute alot, help out members, and have a positive and friendly attitude then you'll probably get in . But let me tell all the applicants organize your application and take your time it's better to explain in detail your traits and everything. A long application is good to see, not that a short app is useless In the last voting I noticed several people who got no's just because they didn't spend enough time on their application. >_<

Wtf is everyone problem copying Zulfi's type of application? Adding your little signature or avatar at the top.
I mean adding an image on the top won't increase your chances IMO.

Is everyone doing that? And Kamal sure if you didn't MAKE the image then it shouldn't help you, but i spent time making that signature and animating it so i hope it shows i've put alot of effort into my application.

Finished reading all of the applications! Alot of good stuff guys!
And finally it let me center my image! Its like a picture frame on the wall that isn't straight. It eats at your mind however much you try to ingore it and in the end you just HAVE to align it

I re-wrote mine six freakin times, and by that I don't mean deleting the last three sentences.All the paragraphs and re-writting them all over. I never wanted to look at another App or keyboard for the rest of my life..

I dont think (hopefully others will feel the same) It's enough to write a long ass essay full of propa grammer etc (because as you can see i dont, and i am still in private )
because without us having some background to you, i for one wont be voting at all...and no votes=no private. So my tip is to make youself known, stand out from the rest! (not in a negative way of course) also dont spam up the boards or constantly make silly little posts trying to be different because thats gets annoying...
