It isn't, but then technically what is? A while back a guy came out of his house and hit me a few times because he thought I threw a snowball at his house, hit me about 3/4 times in the head and the dude was like 60, so I couldn't hit him back.

He ripped my chain so I had to get a new one, but because there was no marks (meaning it couldn't be classified as ABH) the police ruled it as common assault so basically the CPS ruled it out of going to court unless I was willing to pay out of my own pocket to go to court.

So basically, hitting a minor in this country isn't illegal by your standards.

I want proof of evolution - the chain and what started the initial process. We all want alot of things, very few actually come to us. I can sum it up in a word - Faith. When you truely understand what the word means and what it's applied to, you dont need proof that God exists.

How about you prove it. I don't want to listen to some hippy shit. Prove it, and I'll believe in God. Right now, I DO say prayers and st00f, but I just want someone to either prove Evolution or God. Either or. If God created the universe, there wouldn't be such horrible things going on... like Alzheimers, or Parkinsons, or Osama Bin Laden.

. it's not harassment to call someone a name, on the internet or in real life. harassment only merits if the "attack" is extremely threatening/violent or if the victim has asked to cease contact with the "bully". in this case, by going to a forum - it completely nulls the whole situation.

Lost my license
have to get a job where i make 500-600$ a month
cant play high school sports anymore
my gf cheated on me (same day i lost my licese)
and my parents are going to lose their insurance because a cop screwed me over

Ive been in much worse situations and I recover. I was in a car accident 3 years ago that messed up my disks in my back which causes me to have horrible nerve pain in my leg. Ive been in trouble with the law so many times I lost count. This girl I was in love with and still got some feelins about her lied to me that she loved me. Her cousin told me she was talking to her about and she said she just like my looks and didnt really love me. I been thru alot and im still here so just keep your head up because life is just starting for u.

Harrassment, isn't it? Or mental abuse?

I'm pretty sure it's "deflamation of character." We had a debate in class one day due to issues between some of the kids in my school(small school=everyone knows everyone). Something was said about one and posted online-that kind of legal issue was brought up.

But I'm really sorry to hear this. I've lost my best friend this week over a school project. Which really sucks. But I'm pretty much over it by now....it was gonna happen eventually. Best of luck though!
