Quite honestly I think he could run a 400m next olympics with an outstanding time if he trained for it.

He has four years. You can get stamina for a 400m is less than one if you train correctly

Bolt was amazing. He didn't really need to worry about the time as he can beat it anytime he likes. If he could get his starts right I bet he could get close to 9 seconds....that would be crazy.

I tried 400m last year, ran it in 54.8 or something, which is shit as my competitors were running under 52
800m I'm terrible at, don't know what's different about it but I get a horrible time lol

Lol you would beat me, just barely.
I run around 54.9-55.3. That was my range of times this year. I didn't place anywhere I sucked.
My 800m was 2:09 something, got 3rd for states for my division in our relay. So we'll see what happens this year

According to nbcolympics.com, the final is scheduled for the 20th at 10:20PM. I'm not sure if that's in Beijing time or EST though.

This topic on the olympics has less posts than a topic about blood, hatred, and other violent stuff.

Pretty much accurate. I think I saw a swim where two tied for 3rd, but I don't remember what it was.
