Oh ok. I know a guy up here at school that is Wiccan. Pretty funny guy.

Some are, I've met some wiccans that I don't particularly care for too, a few that are "dark" (dress in black, and sending negative energies towards people), some that are a bit eccentric.. but a few of us are alright i guess.. as long as you don't call me satanic I'm alright. When I get called a satanic (or a satanist) I usually get defensive and respond "How the hell can I worship something I'm not supposed to believe in?" (we don't believe in all evil in one entity and all good in one entity.. everyone has equal good and evil)

Wrong interpretation of the bible man.

I wouldnt say wrong..I would say one..The bible and the two testaments are open to interpretation and religions pray on this interpretation thats why there are so many different nominations or whatnot. Now these statements may be outdated and are looked down upon but its still the same they use to say homosexuality is a sin..

All I am saying is that a religious excuse should not designate for a civil excuse as it has in America.

Lol, no I wouldn't want that sort of karma to come back on me. Besides I love cats. See I believe that if you do something to hurt another (intentionally) then that hurt comes back to you three times as bad. For example if I stole 5 of you hard earned dollar bills.. I'll lose 15 of mine when I need it the most. Yet it has good too.. If I give you 5 of my hard earned dollar bills just for the goodness (not for a reward, but for a pure good intention) then I'll receive 15 later down the road. So to kill someones cat.. that would probably make me lose my firstborn and so far only child (she's 8 months)... Not worth it man!

I'm just wondering... Knowing that you would receive 15 dollars for giving somebody 5 dollars without wanting a reward, isn't that kind of wanting to do it for a reward? I am not trying to be critical. Just curious.

Well the way I was explained to about it is something like this:
When you steal you do it cause you WANT to steal not cause you want to lose money, and so karma does the same thing for giving. You must want to give but not want the reward of giving.
Or to put it another way, you must give from the heart in order to receive. If you donate say 10 dollars to a charity thinking "I'm going to get 30 for this!" then it will not work. However if you donate to a charity (or just give to someone) thinking "I hope that's enough to help them. I wish I could give more." then you will find 30 dollars. Maybe not all at once but you will find it.

By the way those quotes are not exact of what you need to be thinking just an example of the general mind frame. Did I explain that well enough (I don't mean anything offensive about that, but I do want to help you understand and if I need to add more info then I'd like to know haha)?

I'm Catholic. When I sin, I say 5 Hail Mary's and Jesus forgives me.

Ya, I can see what you mean now. I mean, I understand the logic of it. You explained it well enough.

Oh! So that's what they mean on the movies when they refer to Hail Mary's and other such things. I think they normally refer to it as penance? Because of my Karma belief that actually sounds more erm.. efficient? Than to say "Oops! Sorry man.. lemme fix that." and all is well. I am the kind that feels that unless something is an accident (like you accidently hurt someone or stole something) then you should pay for your bad deeds and be rewarded for your good deeds.
