Abortion should be legal, but only under certain circumstances. Some girls are way too abortion-happy. I know of one girl that I went school with who was having her third abortion at seventeen.
I agree, but it was her choice though. slut

Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic (CNN) -- In the Dominican Republic, a ban on abortion is preventing a teenage girl from receiving treatment for a life-threatening disease.
At the Semma Hospital in the captial city of Santo Domingo, a 16-year-old girl is dying of acute leukemia. Doctors say the girl, whose name is being withheld to protect her privacy, needs an aggressive chemotherapy treatment. But there's one problem: the teenager is nine weeks pregnant and treatment would very likely terminate the pregnancy, a violation of Dominican anti-abortion laws.

Well to some people the fetus seems to be more important than the mother.Bumping this since I came across this article on CNN: http://edition.cnn.c....html?hpt=hp_c4
She's a little over two months pregnant. She will most likely die before carrying that fetus to full term. But she isn't being given chemo because, oh horror of horrors, the fetus will die. Never mind that the fetus will die anyway since she'll most likely die before giving birth. The girl is dying, but the law doesn't care about that. The fetus must be given preference. In the end, they will have two deaths, rather than only one if she responds to the chemo. Apparently, this makes sense to some people.

Personally, I don't think I would ever get one, but it is an extremely personal decision, and there is never going to be a 'one-size-fits-all' rule regarding it.

I love the phantom slut that gets abortion after abortion that always gets brought up. Who srsly has the money to do that? Abortions here are around ~$300 each.

If it were a sin to have an abortion, then wouldn't it be a sin to know that you conceived a child that could never be carried to term?

Last time I was at the clinic there was a woman in what seemed to be her late 30s that was on her 7th abortion. They do exist, but that's no reason for abortion to be against the law.

Of course. The point is (to them, at least) that which sin is greater. Murdering a baby, or raising an unwanted child?

Limbo is gone, and since only through acceptance of a personal savior will save you, it does seems like the fate of all our non-born sons and daughters is not looking good. They belief spontanious abortions are ~gods will~ but intentional abortions are murder. I often wonder since every fetus has a soul but you can't baptize a fetus do all the miscarriages go to limbo?

Different definitions of when life starts. Some people think life starts when you're a fetus, others the point of conception ect.How can you murder that which has no life?
