I read 85 books last year on kindle and more I didn’t keep track of in physical books. I read The Bigamist yesterday and loved it. I prefer historical fiction and non-fiction. I read a lot of books about food and WW2. I’ve always read a lot. I prefer books to TV and people.

This is pretty useful info to have. For me personally, I don't think I'd care how my body was handled as long as someone was genuinely learning from it. But I know others feel differently. It's good to know that some folks appreciate the people who donated their bodies.

Are there any other options aside from medical school for donations to medical science?

I don't know if this counts as medical science or not, but I took Jill to an exhibit when she was little and it had people cut up in different ways to show how they worked. Like one body had everything but the veins, arteries and bones cut away. One of them had just a digestive system. Stuff like that. There was assorted organs at the end. I'll see if I can find the name of the exhibit. It was pretty cool, but it smelled funny.

Poverty and hunger at a young age can lead to life long mental disability, which continues over generations as nutritionally deplete mothers have nutritionally deplete spawn. That's the whole reason WIC even exists- to combat iron and protein deficiencies (and subsequent handicap idk what the pc term is currently) in poor people, but it's not possible for women and children to take advantage of things like that sometimes. You can't fix that any more easily than you can fix any of the other things on your list.

Spring is #1 for me. I love seeing 20k shades of green when I'm driving. It's like the hills are Alive.
The smell of cut grass. Oh wait that's not a sound. Creeks sound different in the spring here cause the watercress interrupts it, so I guess that. Or tornado sirens.
It depends. Last year it was raining and we flooded, over and over. This year, spring started with a snow then was like oops that's not right and fast forwarded to 80F degree weather every day.
Not really. Just trying to get the oldest through school at this point, because all the snow delayed her last day. We're doing a lot of gardening and foraging (follow along at my Instagram)
I plant all kinds of stuff and encourage wild growth too. We planted strawberries and blackberries last year and they're doing great, also a crabapple tree and some iris transplants. This year, I've done broccolini, pansies, a walnut tree, petunias, a couple different peppers, herbs and more herbs, wedding flowers, and beans. We also have wild grapes, cucamelon, and dozens of "weeds" and other trees.
Oh, idk. There's a trail over in Branson I'd like to go to. It's my favorite spring hike.
